Why should I choose a Windsor Palms home and not Orlando discount hotels?
Where do we start? The location is incredible, just 2.5 miles from Disney, five minutes from I 4, and 35 min's from Orlando International Airport. The 24 hr security gated resort itself is mesmerising, with more than three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and an abundance of 1st class amenities. Orlando hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will probably pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire home up to seven people! In addition you are not just in one room, you have an individual lounge, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms. The less expensive discount hotels or motels can be very basic to say the least! If you wish to meet with other guests you've also got all the resort amenities to share. A perfect solution to all your holiday needs.
Has our Condo got any safety features?
Our condo has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include interior security lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your family's safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc to be used in the pool area
Are there any shops and Restaurants close by?
Within just a two minute drive there is a great selection from you to choose from. They include:

Is there a shop on the resort?
Yes there is a shop by the pool. It sells day-to-day items such as snacks and drinks.

What is required to make a reservation?
Check availability with us by phone, or email. We contact you via telephone or email to set up the booking. We will then require you to complete a simple booking form and place a $100 or £50.00 per week deposit to secure the booking. Payments can be made by credit card via PayPal, (part of eBay )or posted to our US bank account. Our terms and conditions will detail clauses such as the refund policy. If this is a worry please email us and we will send you full details. The refund policy is no different to any standard holiday agreement.
When is check-in & check-out time?
Ordinarily your home will be available for Check-in at around 4:00 p.m. Your Check-out Time is normally 10:00 a.m. on your departure date .A vacation home requires more time to clean than a hotel room does, so please help prepare for our next guest by checking out on time.
How close is Windsor Palms to the Disney Theme Parks?
We are one of the closest! It will genuinely take you just over five minutes to get to Disney.
How far is Windsor Palms from Universal Studios and Sea World ?
Universal and Sea World are just 20-25 minutes away
is their Transportation to the parks ?
Transportation is available to most Theme Parks and several Shopping Malls (at an additional charge). The time table is displayed inside the Windsor Palms on-site sundry shop which changes monthly.

Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
Most resort amenities are free. Some activities such as the pool and air hockey tables have a small charge. This resort offers so much more than discount hotels!
How many people can stay in your home?
We are properly licensed and insured and our Florida State licence dictates how many people we can allow into our homes. Eight is the maximum guests allowed and cannot be increased.
What if something breaks at our home?
Our home has a local Management Company available who maintain the home in tip top condition. You will be provided with their telephone number and they are normally available 24/7 to you in the unlikely event that you suffer a problem with your vacation rental home. Their after hours number is provided for emergencies only.
Our Condo is on the mid floor of a three floor building ( one flight of straight steps to climb )
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample clean linen & towels are provided ( please bring your own baby linens )
Yes, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
Are there cleaning supplies?
We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop, brush or broom, dustpan. Additionally
starting supplies of soap etc are provided.
As this style of vacation is classed
as self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs thereafter. We do have
an on-site shop and of course several supermarkets & grocery stores close
to the Resort.

Are the properties cleaned daily?
No, the property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure and is included in your rate. A Mid-stay clean can be arranged at additional cost.
In accordance with Florida State Laws, all properties and communal areas are designated No Smoking areas.
no smoking is permitted inside our home.
The deposit is $100/£50 .
Key collection is outside the condo via a coded lock box.
We strongly recommend you to take out full holiday travel & medical insurance
cover for unforeseen circumstances which may require the cancellation of your booking.
Policies are available through your travel agent
We will provide you with our terms,
conditions and cancellation procedures on request.
When you book, you will be required to pay a booking deposit with the balance payable six weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by credit card via PayPal, part of eBay, or posted/wired to our Florida bank account.
is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, we a fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils knives forks dishes etc, oven & hob (cooker), microwave, refrigerator & ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect vacation.
Sorry the Windsor Palms Home owners association does not permit guests to bring pets onto Windsor palms, (exemptions for resident owners)
Windsor Palms Resort offers you the perfect vacation community including an Olympic sized swimming pool in the clubhouse complex , It is available to all guests and is heated at no extra cost during the winter months.
